What We Used:
Our brief was to create a vibrant brand and website to attract young prospective gap year volunteers to work with Gap Chile. Gap Chile's previous website and branding were dated; our brief was to start from scratch.
Having spent time assessing the content requirements for the website, an information architecture was conceived that separated the website content into logical sections, with a view to provide the key information most volunteers wish to find quickly. It was noted that volunteers often benefit from direct contact with gap year organisations to answer specific questions or concerns. For this reason contact information was clearly promoted on each page of the Gap Chile website.
